Wheelchair Getaways, Inc. provides wheelchair accessible van rentals for people with disabilities. The full size and mini vans are equipped with plush interiors, top-of-the-line wheelchair lifts or ramps, 4-point wheelchair tie-down systems with seat belts, raised roof or lowered floors, front and rear air-conditioning and heat, and easy seating for up to four additional passengers. Some vans are equipped with hand controls, six-way power seats and remote controls.

Vans are available for rent on a daily, weekly, monthly and long-term basis. Delivery and pick-up available in most areas, call for details. Some franchises offer unlimited mileage; others charge per mile over a set number of miles. The renter of a Wheelchair Getaways van can provide a driver or drive the van himself/herself, if all necessary requirements are met. Any driver of the van must be 23 years of age or older.
