Travel Lite

The Travel lite was intorduced in 1999, and was developed in response to customers looking for a secondary, smaller lightbox they could use anywhere. The Travel Lite weighs only 3 lbs and produces 10,000 lux at 15". Although it produces a smaller treatment field than the Brite Lite IV, it is perfect for the dorm, office, vacations or business trips. Apollo has a patented electronics and reflector system that bends the light at precise angles to achieve an even treatment field area. The Travel litethat draws only 50 watts of electricity but produces over 900 watts of safe, non-UV full spectrum light.

Over the last 15 years we have learned that people will respond faster and stronger to a larger treatment field areat. Our Brite Lite models produce four times the treatment area of the Travel Lite. When purchasing the Travel Lite, one should remember that the response to it could be somewhat delayed as compared to the larger models. As with all smaller lightboxes, the response rate may be less, and the average exposure time may need to be increased.
