The Pennant Group Acquires Texas Home Health Agency

(NASDAQ: PNTG), the parent company of the Pennant group of affiliated home health, hospice and senior living companies, today announced that it has acquired the assets of CMS Home Health Care, which has locations in Brownwood and Coleman, Texas. The acquisition was effective September 16, 2020.
