Besides being known as one of the leading manufactures of bicycle rims and wheels, Sun Metal also has a reputation as a quality manufacturer of a world of other wheel and rim products. Sun Metal is primarily a roll forming company that started in 1946 as a partnership. Today, Sun is a thriving corporation, producing multi-purpose, wheelchair rims and lawn & garden wheels for an almost limitless array of uses.

Sun was founded and maintains it's office in Warsaw, Indiana USA. What started out as an eight-man shop has grown to over 200 employees in manufacturing locations in the US and China.

Rims and wheels are our only business. That's why we've celebrated over 50 consecutive years of success, and the momentum is still rolling.

Today, we manufacture and ship more than five million wheels and rims of all varieties all around the world. Our dedication to meet our customer's needs while vying in a competitive market encourages us to constantly consider new product designs and manufacturing materials.
