SoftAid has been developing medical billing software for over a decade. Our initial line of office management products started as general ledger and electronic billing systems for MS-DOS. Installed in hundreds of offices in Florida, these applications were eventually released nationally as Windows applications in 1995.

The latest addition to the Medical Office Suite is the The Medical Office Enterprise SQL, an Internet-based, thin-client solution for total office management. The widespread use of Internet technologies led to the development of SoftAid's Virtual Medical Community, a private intranet service linking hospitals, payers, patients and vendors.

Our Information Technology Division began in response to our customers need for more complex data management, custom programming and networking requirements. The core of this division is The Enterprise Services Team, composed of Network Administrators, Microsoft-Certified Systems Engineers, COMponent software programmers and related healthcare professionals. Our Research and Development department works closely with this team to identify healthcare trends, developing solutions today for tomorrow's demands.
