Select Medical And Alternate Solutions Health Network Enter Into A Joint Venture To Deliver Home Health And Hospice Care Across The U.S.

Mechanicsburg, PA and Kettering, OH /PRNewswire/ - Select Medical Corporation (NYSE: SEM) today announced a joint venture agreement with Alternate Solutions Health Network (ASHN) to bring home health and hospice services to its patients and families in select markets nationwide. Called Select At Home, the new collaboration will extend the recovery and care continuum post-discharge from Select Medical's specialty hospitals.

The joint venture brings together the largest provider of post-acute care and the preeminent provider of home care and hospice solutions in partnership with health systems to deliver world-class, compassionate care for patients recovering or facing life-limiting illness at home.
