Retirement Living TV Joins U.S. News & World Report To Produce A Multimedia Special On Affordable Retirement Spots
Columbia, MD - Retirement Living TV (RLTV), one of the first cable network created for people aged 55 and over, joins U.S. News & World Report (USNews.com) to host a weeklong special series on low-cost places to retire. The segments will coincide with U.S. News & World Report's June 11 issue featuring a retirement guide -- also available at USNews.com -- and will begin airing June 4th on Living Live! with Florence Henderson and Meshach Taylor, the first live lifestyle and entertainment show for the 55-plus viewer, airing Monday-Friday at 12PM(EST) on DirecTV's Channel 364.
Hosted by Henderson and Taylor, Living Live! debuts its live format on June 1. Living Live! is the one stop destination for boomers and seniors to be informed and inspired about everything going on in an exciting world geared toward them. From celebrity interviews, to advice on romance and dating, the hour long show is a one stop destination for boomers and seniors who want to see people just like themselves truly living their lives to the fullest. The show also features segments on cooking, travel, fitness, and fashion, as well as, inspiring pieces on boomers and seniors returning to college, volunteering around the world, running marathons and swing dancing.
In conjunction with U.S. News & World Report, Living Live! will travel the country to feature some affordable retirement cities, examining housing costs, looking at inexpensive transportation options, exploring reasonably priced entertainment, and more, to create the top 10 list. U.S. News & World Report has a long-standing history of delivering comprehensive rankings on a wide variety of topics and is devoted largely to reporting and analyzing national and international affairs, politics, business, health, science, technology, and social trends. The weekly magazine delivers a unique brand of journalism to its more than 11 million readers and in June's Retirement Guide, U.S. News & World Report will take an in-depth look into the challenges faced by the more than 60 million American seniors.

Florence is known worldwide to fans of all ages, as "America's favorite mom Carol Brady," on the classic hit TV series "The Brady Bunch." Henderson broke new ground as the star of one of television's most beloved and longest- running situation comedies. The classic series aired for 5 seasons (1969- 1974); has never been off the air in the U.S., and currently airs in 122 countries around the world. Today, Ms. Henderson maintains a busy schedule performing in concert and doing personal appearances, and is in demand as a motivational speaker, who incorporates music into her presentations.
Meshach is best known to audiences for his Emmy-nominated portrayal of "Anthony Bouvier" for seven seasons on CBS's "Designing Women." In addition, he spent four seasons on "Dave's World", starring Harry Anderson, and he was a regular on the "Buffalo Bill" series, co-starring Dabney Coleman and Geena Davis. His credits also include co-starring roles in David Mamet's "House of Games," the CBS telefilm "How to Murder a Millionaire," with Joan Rivers, and the hit comedies "Mannequin and Mannequin Two: On the Move" in which he portrayed the outrageous and flamboyant window dresser, "Hollywood." Most recently, Taylor co-starred in "Virtual Seduction" for Showtime/Concorde New Horizon and "Nothing Lasts Forever," a CBS movie-of-the-week with Vanessa Williams and Brooke Shields.
