Prophecy Healthcare® Launches Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant Assessment In Partnership With Family & Nursing Care

Greensboro, NC (PRWEB) - Prophecy Healthcare® added the new Home Health / Private Duty CNA Assessment to build out their existing CNA specialty assessments available in the online Clinical Assessments library. The collaborative development process formed a strong relationship with new validation partners - Family & Nursing Care (FNC). Using validated assessments to assist with hiring and retaining the most qualified personnel for healthcare positions directly correlates to improving quality of patient care.

The HH CNA assessments were developed by conducting a formal job analysis and test plan development with a panel of subject matter experts (SMEs) with over 70 years of combined experience in this specialty. The job analysis, held in Silver Spring, Maryland consisted of identifying the critical job duties, knowledges, skills, and abilities (KSAs) of the home health certified nursing assistants. The SMEs from FNC, provided specific ratings and metrics that then allowed Prophecy’s Clinical Team to create the foundation for the test plan development.
