Powder-Free Medical Gloves

The Protegrity Powder-Free Surgical Glove is a triple-layer glove that integrates the fit, feel, and performance of natural rubber latex with the strength of nitrile through a triple-dipping process technology. The outer layer of the glove is natural rubber latex, which gives the glove a soft feel, high tensile strength and good elasticity. The middle layer consists of a proprietary blend of nitrile and natural rubber. This layer enhances the adhesion of the nitrile coating to the latex, enabling the coating to maintain its integrity. The inner layer is an advanced 100% nitrile synthetic coating, which provides effortless donning as well as outstanding durability and protection. The combination of these three unique bonded layers provides a glove with superior puncture and tear resistance.

The surgical glove is sterilized, resulting in an extremely soft yet durable glove with outstanding physical properties. This sterilization technology offers the shortest effective process cycle time of any sterilization method, resulting in less chance of material damage. Since no chemicals are used in this process, the end product is clean, environmentally safe and nontoxic. The glove also passes the intracutaneous reactivity test, which is one of the most aggressive skin irritation tests available.
