OASIS Collection, Reporting, and Benchmarking Tool

OCS-OASIS is a complete Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) data collection, reporting, and benchmarking tool that features a series of patient-specific data elements focused on measuring patient outcomes. The system features simple data input through a networkable program. The Windows-based tools are designed for desktop or laptop applications, and input can be imported into the program for verification, reporting, benchmarking, and JCAHO data submittal.

The desktop reports and graphs include patient-level and clinician-level detail in a point-and-click interface. The reports are designed with all statistics and formatting built-in. The system also offers access to a comprehensive data warehouse that features quarterly reports, as well as ongoing access to a data warehouse.

Benchmarks are characteristic-based, allowing the user to customize benchmark reports based on agency characteristics. Software enhancements are also provided, as is training, technical, and clinical support.
