The Needle Barn StikStopper is an anesthetic delivery and sharps disposal system is designed to protect emergency room staff from the dangers of accidental needle sticks. The device requires the use of one hand and
is suitable for wound site usage on sterile field. The barn shape takes a minimal amount of space, and up to four syringe needles can be secured within its apertures. It is constructed of molded polystyrene and is packaged sterile, and the slots within the top of the device accept loose suture needles and blades for secure disposal. Additionally, a strong adhesive system on the base secures the product to the sterile field.
