HealthMagic Inc. Connect! is a web-based OASIS (Outcome Assessment Information Set) data entry system that also generates a Medicare 485 form. Operating over a secure communication port such as a Virtual Private Network, the system integrates these key data sets with a powerful communications and compliance front end.

The system handles multiple sites and payors with one database, has rapid 10-key data entry, and online help. It includes intake, integrated assessments, problem lists, care plans, visit notes, summaries, billing and payroll integration and reports, and will be available first quarter 2000. Modules for scheduling, infusion, HME, and others will be released later.
