ChiroSoft Office Manager is the creation of Dr. David R. Funk, D.C., Ph.D. of Sacramento, California. The development of ChiroSoft was sparked by the rapidly growing need for practical chiropractic software in clinics for billing and basic practice management. During the late 1970's and early 1980's, software for the doctor of Chiropractic was virtually nonexistent. The software available at the time did not meet the specific requirements of the chiropractic profession and industry.

The first version of ChiroSoft Office Manager was released in 1982 and quickly became one of the most recognized practice management software solutions in the industry. By developing and nurturing an environment of creativity and innovation, ChiroSoft has maintained an industry leadership position. Since 1982 ChiroSoft has released eight official new software versions and created numerous upgrades. These on-going releases and upgrades are provided to satisfy the ever growing needs of our clients and the ever changing requirements of the chiropractic industry.

Over the years, further ChiroSoft developments have occurred with the introduction of several complementary software products into the market place. These additional products include a comprehensive accounting software module, Laser Fonts&Forms, CompuPractice and ChiroJr.

In 1992, The Computer Training Center (CTC), also of Sacramento, California, became the exclusive marketing agent for all ChiroSoft Office Manager software products.
