"Our growth has been phenomenal", says Eric Perry, General Manager of Care2Learn. "The industry is now ready for an online solution to education. E-learning gives staff development coordinators a powerful tool that all staff can use."

Ellen Martin, QI Director for VNA of Texas, says "We have been talking about a career ladder for some time now, to build a career development pathway for our experienced nurses similar to the orientation pathway for the new hires.
