Almost Family Announces Acquisition Of Apex Home Health

Louisville, KY - Almost Family, Inc. recently announced an agreement to acquire the assets of the Medicare-certified home health agency owned by Apex Home HealthcareServices, L.L.C. with operations in Jacksonville and Ormond Beach FL.

Company Comments on Combination
