Prior to the website redesign, Henry Ford and MedTouch developed a strategic roadmap to unify multiple location websites of varying size and complexity into one cohesive system-wide site. MedTouch and Henry Ford project teams collaborated to create site personas to address users’ needs and built a streamlined information architecture – the backbone of what would become the new site.
