AMAC's PERS can be easily integrated with smoke detectors to further protect subscribers. When activated, the smoke detector triggers the PERS to initiate a smoke signal to the On-Call center. The trained operator receives the signal, attempts to establish two-way voice communication and immediately notifies emergency personnel and responders. Even if the subscriber is not at home, personal possessions are protected from the destruction of smoke and fire.
